Fonperi Packaging

Natural Beauty Fonperi (自然美) X Sunny Gu
I'm so honored to design a series of illustrated packaging designs for Natural Beauty Fonperi's skincare products. 

We created the illustrations based on the company's belief and mission to only use natural ingredients for all their skincare products. You could see a range of flowers and little creatures(birds, butterflies) coexist in harmony in the illustrations. 

The term Fonperi means "泉水/spring water", all Fonperi skincare products are very nourishing and moisturizing. We highlighted this brand message by incorporating water "wings" for each of the illustrated characters.

PRABAL GURUNG GIRLS

Today's illustration was inspired by Prabal Gurung Resort 2014 collection. 
I love the floral(pansy) prints from this collection! I adore the blue and yellow prints just as much as the red and blue combination. 
So I thought, why not paint both? Hope you like these Prabal Gurung girls!

WEDNESDAY ILLUSTRATION: ALICE + OLIVIA FALL 2013 RTW

Today's illustration was inspired by Alice + Olivia Fall 2013 RTW collection. This season, Stacey Bendet presented us a lovely mix of rich textures, print, and tones; from boiled wools, popcorn knits with embedded pearls, bonded-leather knit jackets, embroidered leather pants, to floral dresses and fancy evening gowns. The designer described her inspiration as “fantasy street style, starting on the streets of Paris with girls in really cool daytime layered looks filled with the unexpected.” --fashionista.com
It's a very free spirited, feminine, fantastical, and fashionable collection!
