STEPPING INTO THE GARDEN

Today's illustration was inspired by Alice + Olivia Fall 2013 RTW(again). I can't help myself from painting another illustration inspired by this collection. The blue maxi skirt is definitely my favorite design from this season! This colorful floral print features a variety of flowers and exotic birds, so dreamy and fantastic! It feels like I'm stepping into a magical garden while staring at this skirt...

WEDNESDAY ILLUSTRATION: KENZO SPRING 2013 RTW | MIERCOLES ILUSTRACIÓN‏

Today's illustration is inspired by Kenzo Spring 2013 RTW collection. 

The theme for this season's Kenzo show is Jungle. For inspiration, the designers Humberto Leon and Carol Lim visited the real thing in Thailand. Leon said, "We wanted to start from the beginning, to breathe new life into the idea of the jungle." 

My favorite from this show is the supersized leopard print in neon brights! The color combination of the prints look very cheerful and exotic at the same time!

Ilustración de hoy está inspirado por Kenzo primavera 2013 RTW colección.El tema de Kenzo desfile de esta temporada es la selva. Para la inspiración, los diseñadores Humberto León y Carol Lim visitó la cosa real en Tailandia. León dijo: "Queríamos que empezar desde el principio, para dar nueva vida a la idea de la selva".Mi favorito de esta serie es el tamaño gigante estampado de leopardo en colores brillantes de neón! La combinación de colores de las impresiones parecen muy alegre y exótico a la vez!
