"Pattern" for Illustration Friday

I have been thinking about this word for the past two days.
Though I have many ideas in mind,
nothing is really exciting enough to make a drawing/painting.
But I just realized I have incorporated patterns in many of my earlier pieces.
So here is one, a portrait of patterns. :)
