Today's illustration is inspired by Alexander McQueen Spring Summer 2013 RTW collection.
The inspiration for this season's Alexander McQueen designs is bees!!! LOVE the theme of this season! The silhouette of the outfits are very dramatic and exaggerated, then there's honeycomb patterns and honey-based color palette used on every design.
"The models' heads were covered in archly modernist beekeepers' veils. The clothes they wore refracted a honeycomb motif through a dozen wasp-waisted guises, bound, haltered, and harnessed in a tortoiseshell that could quite equally have been a rich, sweet toffee."--style.com
